Payment Terms During July and August, the minimum duration of stay is 7 days per hiring and can only be increased by adding complete weeks thereafter. The reservation is effective only after the payment of the correct deposit and the insurance charges for cancellation together with the booking fee. The balance of the overall costs of the stay is required 4 weeks before your arrival and will be banked. In the absence of payment of the balance within this time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will not be returned. The deposit will be banked on reciept.
Cancellation or Early Departure Refunds will not be made if an early departure is requested, and will permit us to have the mobile home as of the following day. Cancellation due to conditions of health (confirmed by a formal medical certificate) can be made, (Items not covered included: Changes to holiday dates, domestic problems, changes to departure times…) subject to the strict respect of the contractual obligations stipulated in the contract, the following conditions:
- 100% if cancellation with + 4 weeks before the beginning from the stay,
- 50% if less than 4 weeks before the beginning of the stay,
- 25% if less than 3 weeks before the beginning of the stay,
- 0% if less than 2 weeks before the beginning of the stay.
In all the cases, the booking fee and the insurance fee will remain with Le Ch’ti Franoi. You must accept the conditions of hiring, and the prices as part of your contract with Le Ch’ti Franoi.
